Addressing style is one of many ways we can make small improvements that help us feel better about ourselves—and give us motivation for even more healthy habits down the road. After all, when we look good, we tend to feel good!

Finding a new workout routine that helps you reach your fitness goals is a big step towards an improved lifestyle. Try adding some extra muscle-building workouts into your schedule—if you’re trying to lose weight, high-intensity cardio training and yoga sessions can really help burn fat; if you’re just looking for overall health, low-impact activities like swimming are great. Make sure the new routine fits well into your daily life after finding it.

If you’re really strapped for time, changing your morning routine can have a big impact on improving your daily life.
